I've got the Premium account for my Sense and is there a warranty or a return policy if your Fitbit gets broken?

There is a warranty (see link at the bottom of this page for the full terms) but there is a clause in there that excludes accidental damage so it depends on how it got cracked. I'd suggest contacting customer support to see if they can help in any way: contact.fitbit.com

Like SteveH said. If that is a dead end. Contact a watchmaker or search the Internet for companies that will repair. They usually replace the LCD screen but it is expensive. It can be cost prohibitive. Ask support about a discount on a new watch. I’ve seen that outcome. Depending on severity of the crack you can wear it until moisture and dirt render it dead. Last “fix” is getting out a hammer and taking out the frustration. A word of caution……wear safety glasses. Let us know how it goes.
