Is there an issue with taking an ECG on a Sense with a metal band installed? I seem to frequently get an inconclusive result and the EKG pattern looks funky. If I take the band off and just lay the watch on my wrist it comes back NSR. But sometimes I get NSR with the band on. I'm wondering if there is an electrical connection between the band mount and the outer rim that is interfering with the signal. I also wonder if letting your right hand little finger rest on the back of your left hand while taking a reading interferes. (wearing watch on left wrist).
On a related matter, is there any way to change the face of the EKG display? The great big count down numbers obscure viewing the EKG pattern, which is ridiculous in my opinion.

After further investigation I don't believe the band itself is causing an issue. I used a volt meter to check continuity. My band itself has no continuity from one end to the other. Perhaps the backed on finish is non-conductive. The only conduction I can get is crosswise through one of the pins that hold the links together. That being said, even taking the band off it doesn't appear that the mounting hole is conductive I can get no connection from the hole in the case to either of the two conductive rims around the case. There is one continuous rim around the top, an electrical break at the 3 and 9 o'clock positions, and another continuous rim around the bottom.
Even intentionally touching the band with my two fingers while taking an EKG just gave an NSR reading. So while I don't like so many inconclusive readings, I don't think I can blame my metal band.
