I am extremely disappointed with the Sense 2,. The heart rate monitor does not track exercise well, it is off by an average of 15 beats per minute. I have checked my pulse manually and have also tried all the tips suggested to get a better reading.
All this to ask if anyone has a suggestion on how to reach customer support. I have logged into the site and followed all prompts but nothing comes up when I choose contact us.
Any Idea on where I can find that info?

when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or Twitter works well, too.
