When I run in a bit of sunlight it is pretty much impossible to read my Fitbit sense screen as it’s so dim. My only option seems to be to try to press the button once and then it temporarily lights up and becomes more clear but only for a short time. I have to be careful though as if I hit the button twice the exercise pauses which is very frustrating. There must be a better solution to this issue - any help would be appreciated! Many thanks

Turn off Always On.
Turn on Auto wake.
Then it won't dim
Here's how
Swipe the watch from the left edge to the right
The manual is here |
Turn off the first 2 icons on the top row
and first on the bottom row
Adjust brightness to max with the top right one
And make sure the bottom middle one is on

This worked for me.. though it’s a slight work around. In the exercise setting it has an ‘Always on’ option. The Sense should do exactly that when all of the brightness settings are saying your watch should stay day-light readable.. but it doesn’t! Therefore it is logical to assume this is a BUG in the OS that needs fixing, sooner rather than later please.
