How do I recover my 4 digit code for my fitbit sense.

Hi @KESSIMS - if you set a pin code for the Sense, in the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Sense photo and use Device lock - see How do I use the device lock on my Fitbit device?

Many thanks for your swift reply. It seems my sense has locked out and I can't get into anything. Fortunately we have insurance cover so I think I need to take it back. Again many thanks.

@KESSIMS- if the watch is syncing try changing the clock face How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? 

If there is not syncing remove the Sense Bluetooth entries from the phone, logout of the app and restart both watch and phone.

In the Fitbit App if it still not syncing, click profile photo and "+Set up a Device" and replace How do I set up my Fitbit device?
