Anyone know how to remove awards given that were not actually earned??

 

I have many floor awards while recovering from leg surgery, I was only walking a few steps

at a time and absolutely no stairs, or only 6-8 stairs a couple times a day.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Before anything else, let me explain currently there isn't an option to remove badges from your Fitbit profile. I understand how important this is for you and I'm sorry for this inconvenience. In this case, my best advice is to get in touch with our Support team so they can evaluate your details and see if anything can be done to help you with this matter. Additionally, I'd suggest supporting this idea posted in the Feature Suggestions board by adding your vote. While it's not currently planned, we left voting open so our developers can keep tracking this request over time.
