Hi @m225v,
On the left side of your Sense, there should be a sensor. Place your finger over it for about 10 seconds and it should reboot. If you want to factory reset your device, follow the steps above but hold the finger over the sensor for about 15 seconds.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @m225v. I'm sorry to hear your Sense won't boot up.
To restart your watch follow the instructions that @DramaQueenDiva shared with you.
To factory reset your Sense: On your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset.
I hope this information helps.

"Data not cleared. Sync and try again." With a big red X.
Uhh I already removed it from the app because I FACTORY RESET the device. Now I'm stuck. Holding the button for 15 seconds just reboots and gets me the same error. Now what?

Found this: Fix a Fitbit showing a red X with data not cleared sync and try again - MyHealthyApple
Way down the page it notes that you can just set up a new device and then that's that. It worked. I'm all set now.
