Just received a Fitbit Sense, was in the process of setting it up but now it is unresponsive. The manual says to press and hold the button to restart, but as far as i can tell there is no physical buttons on the device.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

The "button" is an indentation on the left side of the Sense.

When I push that to restart, all it does it activate the ECG feature.
