I’ve had this about six weeks. It runs out of power in about 36 hours. It loses pairing repeatedly with a device without problems with other devices including other Fitbits. Now it took over 24 hours to be detected, then dropped out again. It’s a complete waste of money. If I can’t return it, I’ll just have to put it in recycling. Has anyone gotten them to take one of these back? Thanks.

If you buy direct from Fitbit you have 45 days to return it for a refund for any reason. If not, then it will be down to the retailer's policy as Fitbit's warranty only offers a replacement in the event of a defect and not a refund.

Contact customer service. If it's still under warranty, as it should, they will replace it. They did that with mine. Not that the new one is experiencing less issues..

I have had lots of issues with mine as well. Mostly with the GPS unit and the interface to 3rd party apps. They replaced mine with a brand new unit but even that one still has issues
