How do I activate Alexa, voice command? Press the button, can’t get to work?

It isn't always listening so a voice command to activate it won't work and you need to use the button. It needs to be setup first and Fitbit have a guide for this at https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2009.htm

It isn’t working for me either. I set it up as described but when I press the button to activate Alexa it just says select an app or feature and the choices are voice assistant or music controls. The box is selected on voice assistant but nothing further happens.
