How do I set up Facebook and email notifications on my Sense?

How do you Link Facebook and emails up on Fitbit Sense with android.  Also I'm not receiving msgs or being able to call off sense, I have an android.

Thank you for the detailed information. At this time, I'd like to let you know that Apps that allow you to reply to a message directly from the notification on your Android phone also support quick replies on your Fitbit device. This includes, but isn’t limited to, apps such as:

• Text messages
• Twitter
• Facebook Messenger
• Line
