Hi community!
Since I started doing walking/running intervals, my cardio fitness score has dropped 10 points and is now 'poor', at 27!
I know that this is probably because I used the 'run' exercise, so Fitbit used my 'run' to calculate my fitness score. But since I was also walking, it's guessing that I really suck at running. I also know that the solution would be to delete my runs, but I want to keep them because I love to track how much I exercised during a month, how many active zone minutes I had, etc. I don't want this to affect my stats long-term. Anything I can do for that?
I guess that I should not use Run when I do that, but what else should I use? I can use walk, but I found that I don't have cues for when my heart rate get in the cardio zone, and I want to have those cues.
I tried the interval workout but I have to predetermine how long I will walk VS run. I don't want that. I like to keep my walks fun and run when I want to, stop when I want to, etc.
Any ideas how I could track this exercise efficiently, without affecting my cardio score, and having cues for heart rate zone changes?

@myriam4psy If you want to use the Exercise app, then I think you should use the Walk setting, even if you run some of the time. You cardio fitness score definitely dropped because of the Run choice. Check your Settings within the Walk choice. When you select Walk, swipe up on the tiny ^ at the bottom of the screen. Make sure your Heart Zone Notifications are toggled to On.
