How do I start using ECG App on Sense?

I cant understand how to get a visual for ECG or set it up

Do you mean to see the ECG read out?

I believe via the app you can create a PDF doc that's 'send to GP' I haven't tried but i think if you follow that you can download the PDF, I should imagine that you would be able to open the PDF when downloaded

Hi @Kaybra and welcome to the Fitbit Community.

1. First, please know that you can only use the Fitbit ECG App if you are 22 years old or older.
2. Second, please know that you can only use the Fitbit ECG App if you are in a country where the ECG App is supported. (You can find a list of currently supported countries here: https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/technology/ecg)
3. If the above two requirements are met, make sure the Fitbit ECG App (https://gallery.fitbit.com/details/00001413-0000-4000-8000-000000f17b17) is installed on your Sense (see here if you need to know how to install apps: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2224.htm)
