Hello, 

New to Fitbit Sense since Christmas.  Prior verse user.  Is it normal for Sense to not show face when I bring my arm up to look?  I have to double tap to view only?  TIA.

On wrist: Settings > Display > Screen Wake > Motion & button

If that doesn't work, check not in Sleep Mode.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
