Hi, @Buster1212, welcome to the community, you will have to provide more information if we are to help you. If you have set a PIN code to unlock your "Sense" and can not unlock it you can do the following.

From the "Today" screen in your Fitbit app on your phone>touch your icon in the top left corner>Sense tile>device lock, here you can change the PIN.
