Do something people!!!!!! Can’t connect to friends anymore, weather stuck on Celsius, totally basic app screen, folks missing data. Everyone is complaining to no avail. Is ANYONE listening to us? Do I feel a mass exodus to Apple coming?

Oh my. I don't care for Apple's devices but will this debacle be the determining factor to giving them a try? Cringing!

Hi @KmumG @SunsetRunner - probably best to post in "The redesigned Fitbit app is rolling out!" topic in the appropriate iOS or Android app forums along with the other unhappy users where you will see more fully the issues.

Unfortunately it would seem likely you are stuck with this version officially.

Garmin seem a better solution than Apple due to their long battery life.

I’m considering garmin if my sense ever dies. Early November will be 3 years and still running same charger.

I haven’t cared for this Sense since I got it.  Nothing but problems.  Charging is a pain, constantly have to clean sensors, and features that are either gone or don’t work.  Hurry up Christmas, I need something that works.
