Sense won't show the correct time

Since last week Sense has lost time during the middle of the day. Also, it’s started not auto tracking exercise which is over 10 minutes in duration yet it is set up to do this.

Hello there, @kazzam99. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Sense.

Please keep in mind that your Fitbit device may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with.

If by any chance you are running into syncing issues, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

If none of the above works for you, I recommend changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.

Regarding the exercises not being tracked, I was wondering if you use SmartTrack to record your walks? If so, I'd recommend restarting your Luxe. For instructions, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Also, note that you can learn more about the SmartTrack feature in this link How do I track my activity with my Fitbit device?

Thank you for the response. I’ve not had these issues until last week. So I don’t understand why these issues have suddenly started.

I have done a factory reset of my Sense and it has not fixed the issues. I’m very disappointed in the changes since moving to Google!
