How old is your phone?

Frustratingly, my Sense would not work consistently until I replaced my 2019 phone with a 2023 device.

Well I finally gave up. I bought an Apple Watch. I’m tired of these issues.
please let your senior management know, the issues this fall have been awful. Too frustrating.

I just got sent round in circles by Google One support, eventually directing me back to the Sense help pages which were useless in resolving my issue. For some reason my watch had dozens of exercise icons. Not an earth-shattering problem, just an irritation I wanted rid of.

Ended up doing a factory reset and starting again.

Sigh. I don't know what Fitbit were doing with these devices, the troubles have been more than they're worth.

And Google Support makes a chocolate teapot look useful... good luck with your over-priced, closed source device. (Apple have their flaws.)
