I have a Fitbit Sense and I had an issue with Afib recently. My Fitbit alerted me to this issue and, after consultation with my GP and Cardiologist, I had a successful Cardioversion but now have about 500 notifications that need to be deleted.
I am looking for a way to delete all notifications of Irregular Rhythm Notifications at once and hope someone can assist because Fitbit support told me, at first, that it is not possible and it needs to be deleted one at a time (maybe 16 per day for over 30 days so possibly more than 500 notifications). Fitbit support then told me all notifications would automatically delete after 30 days, but my notifications remain even though are all over 30 days old. Fitbit support then suggested all notifications would delete after rebooting my phone and reinstalling the APP on my phone, but again, this was incorrect.
While these notifications remain, I have a constant notification on the home screen that there is an irregular rhythm but I now disregard this because it has always been these old notifications... but what about if my heart again goes into Afib?

I did chat with Fitbit and the operator suggested an email address for product improvements but I did not get a copy of the email and did not get the opportunity to rate the chat either. I really think this is a major problem and it needs to be fixed in future upgrades (soon).
Can someone please tell me how to make a suggestion for product improvement?
