A few days ago my sense started draining battery and turning it self off and on.
Now the screen is completely unresponsive. I can't update it thru my phone because it turns itself off before any updates is sent to the watch/done.
Is there any way to do a factory reset through the USB charging from a Mac?
I have tried to hard reset it. It does not help.

Hello @LillSalt and welcome to the Community. The only way to do a factory reset is on the device itself. You need to see the screen to do it. I think it's time to contact Support for more help.

@LillSalt Welcome to the Fitbit community.
@LZeeW Actually there is a way without the screen.
1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
When the Fitbit logo disappears:
Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
2. Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates you initiated the factory reset.
