Sense stopped working

Has anyone had issues with their Sense not charging and connecting?  My Sense is a year and 2 months old and out of warranty and has completely stopped working. I have done everything that support has provided and nothing has worked.  Fitbit has been no help and only offered a measly discount for a new one.

Hi @GolfGirl10  -  if your watch isn't working it may just be flat.

It could be the 4 contacts on the back need cleaning or commonly there is a fault with the charger which can be bought online. see How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

I received the same "Discount" offer. Needless to say, my next purchase won't be a Fitbit.
