Hi @zzj186 - the firmware version does not need to be changed to fix a sudden incorrect floors count.

Just in case try to restart the watch, but if the watch pressure sensor is faulty floor count will be wrong.

Note. Other elevation changes are also recorded not just when using stairs.

Otherwise best to simply ignore it as it does not affect any other statistics, it's just for information.
