How to turn on ECG and SpO2 in unavailable countries?

Hi All,

I haven't gotten Sense yet because ECG and SpO2 are not available in my country (Taiwan) till now, so I would like to know if ECG and SpO2 could be turned on by just changing the app location? (I hope the answer is Yes and guess it is not)

Just set you residence to United States in your profile.

Probably yes, I live outside any country that officially supports ECG and changed my residence to US in my profile, and now this feature - plus Alexa btw - is available on the Fitbit Sense and works.
