How to uninstall last update

Anybody know how to uninstall the last update off the sense noting but trouble since last update a few days ago battery life isn't even lasting 24hrs where as before it lasted 4 days some features not working fitbit you really need to sort this out or go back to previous version

Hi @Emma9876  we can't uninstall the last firmware update. All you can do is work with support to see why your battery isn't lasting as long.

Well it was fine till latest update it's not lasting 24 hours now what's point having a watch that lasts that amount of time you need to Fix bugs and fast how much warranty do you get with it....

Warranty in the US is 1 year from date of purchase and it's 2 years in some European countries.

There was a reply last night I guess it was from tech team they said it was
not possible will just have to work with them to find out why it's draining
so quickly.... Original face has drained to 56 percent was 100 this morning

HI @Emma9876  - it may well be a problem with this version of the firmware, as it has happened suddenly for many. However, you can try and isolate the cause by checking each of the options in How to resolve the Major issues causing short battery life.
