I charged my Sense last night. Today, it is in some sort of sleep mode. It will only wake with button. It will not allow me to change nor will it allow me to adjust the brightness. All of these options are dim on the menu and I can't select anything. Help!

swipe on the watch to the left unclick the moon shape icon that is sleep mode I believe this is your issue at least that what it sounds like if that didn't help might be something else but it worth a try.

Hello @NurseMandie, welcome to the community forums! @Converse, it's great to see you around and thanks for your input!
@NurseMandie, while Sleep mode is set, please note that Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted, the screen's brightness is set to dim, the Always-On Display clock face is turned off and the screen stays dark when you turn your wrist.
To disable this, you only need to go to Quick Settings on your Sense. You can do this by double-pressing the side button and select the Quick settings icon or swipe right from the Clock face. Find the Sleep mode icon and if it's illuminated, it means it is enabled so tap on it to disable it. If this doesn't change, then I recommend performing a restart by following the steps below, to see if it refreshes the performance of your Fitbit Sense:
1. Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button.
Hope this helps!
