I have had a Fitbit versa version for years now and have never had a problem with a cracked screen I was literally changing the wristband while sitting down and the device fell and now I have a cracked screen and I've only had the watch for a month I cannot believe the way this has happened with a watch so expensive and with all the years I've had a versa this has never happened has anyone else experienced this and any idea on how it can be fixed?

Quite a few people have dropped their watch or broken their screen with purported little to no abuse. There is no Fitbit repair. You can call customer support to see if they will do something for you. Also a few had their watches repaired by an external company. I do not know names or cost but you can do a search and maybe find an answer.

Same issue with my Sense ( I owned for 6 months racked glass. ) . They are offering 35% discount. Very disappointing. Used Fitbit’s for years. Now need to switch. Looking at other smartwatches
