With all the complaining and negatives going on about the Sense, I am so happy with mine!. It tracked 96 active zone minutes from my taekwondo class.

IT just seems like everyone is lookout for all the negatives and not looking for the positives when it comes to the Sense.

Glad you have been happy with your Sense, @Hadden8176! I, too, have been very happy with the Sense ever since I've had it, and not had any problems with it.

i like my Sense it has taken about a week but I have figured out most things but I still keep finding new little things. I have gotten lots of insights and help with features on this forum from other users and Fitbit employees monitoring and helping. I think it will just get better as they add things and tweak things. I do believe they need to tweak their Pulse 2.0 heart rate software to be closer to the Pulse strap, make the SPO2 an on demand thing. It would also be nice if they would update their web dashboard to match the phone dashboard. It is missing Active Zone Minutes and other things that are available on the Sense phone dashboard.

I absolutely LOVE my sense. It's comfortable, and has all the features I want. I think a lot of the negative reviews were after just a day of use, because Fitbit only gave the reviewers 5 days before launch to review the the Sense. Bad choice on Fitbit's part because the longer you wear it, the better it gets.
The Purepulse 2.0 is actually pretty accurate, it has machine learning so you have to wear it during workouts for it to become more accurate. I had to wear mine for 2 weeks before it got my range right (but I only workout 4x a week). BUT, it is now way more accurate than my versa 2 ever was. Every workout I notice it gets more accurate. So I'm actually very happy with it. My versa 2 would read my pulse as 165 (sometimes during a warm up!) and I'm on a beta blocker so my heart rate can't get much over 145. My last workout, my Sense said the highest my HR went was 147, and never over 100 during a warm up.
I do wish the spo2 sensor was available for spot checks. But I suspect Fitbit will provide that eventually. Until then, my Galaxy s10+ has a HRM/spo2 sensor I can use whenever I need to. I also wish the timer app would save your last timer, or allow you to set up timers you use frequently.
Considering all this thing can do, those 2 little complaints are really just minor annoyances. I'm very happy with my purchase! I plan on posting a positive review on my blog after I've had this for a month.
I do wish the ECG results were available to see in the Fitbit app instead of via a pdf you have to export. But that's an app issue, not a Sense issue. I actually have way more complaints about the app than I do the Sense!! LOL

Had a few issues on the onset but have worked through them. I’m overall happy with my sense and do not regret my purchase. Put me in the happy column. I was wondering if this was a complaint community and not a help community.
There are a lot of nonconstructive posts.

I've had my sense for almost two weeks and I'm very happy with mine so far. I had a Samsung Active and tried a Garmin Venu but ended up with the Sense. I've been wondering if I was the only one not having issues. I compared it during exercise to my old Samsung and the Venu when I was trying to decide and the heart rate was right on track with both. I tried it while walking, running intervals with C25K, and a few circuit type workouts(run in place, sit-ups, and so on) and heart rate seemed very accurate. I haven't had sync issues either. I did buy an Amazon warranty in case the screen breaks since I kept reading about that. The sleep tracking is way better than Samsung and especially the Venu. I love the way the Sense and fitbit app uses my data to updates calories in real time and I can log my food in the app instead of connecting MyFitnessPal.
My only complaint or I should say wishlist would be the Coach app. I would love to be able to pick a workout or program in Coach and have it go to my Sense. Garmin does do that well and when I was trying the Venu out, I loved that feature.
Overall I'm enjoying the Sense and excited to start my new health and fitness lifestyle with the Sense.

I may have spoke too soon regarding syncing issues. The past two mornings my Sense was not connected to my phone. It disconnected somehow overnight and this morning it wouldn't connect at all. I finally got it connected again and I think I solved the issue. I will see if it stays connected this time. I really hope so because I love this watch!
