Inconsistent reporting of peak heartrate in Fitbit app

Hi,

I have Fitbit premium, and my Fitbit Sense is sync'd to the Fitbit app on my Google Pixel 4XL phone.

I've had my Fitbit for a couple of weeks and, so far, I'm delighted with it.  However,  unless I've got something completely wrong, the reporting of peak heart rate in the app is strangely inconsistent.

If I go for a brisk walk as categorised in the "Your Activities" section of Today's Zone Minutes, it is recorded as a "brisk walk" and there's a right-pointing arrow allowing me to view more detailed information for that activity on a further screen.  On that screen in the "Heart Rate" section I'm shown a graph of my heart rate during the walk, along with two figures for average BPM and max BPM respectively.

So far, so good - that all seems entirely sensible.

However, if I complete a period of moderate or intense activity, these classifications have no ability to expand the information available in the same way as for a brisk walk.  There's no figure available for average heart rate, and the only way to see peak heart rate is to horizontally scroll the top part of the page and read it off the heart rate graph for the entire day.

This is weird. I'm particularly interested in my average and peak heart rates when undertaking intense activity, but rather than provide this useful information consistently across all activity classifications, it's only reported when I've done a "brisk walk".

Why?

Thanks for any help or advice you can provide.

Mike
