My kid just bought a sense and he hasn't activated his premium yet and he can't see AF, HRV, SPO2, RHR in the fitbit app and regarding to fitbits chat they told me that I need premium to see this data. Seriously!? if this is the case, me, my wife and my son are returning our senses asap. What are we paying for when we bought the sense, to se steps?

Hi @TB_ONE. Welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for contacting our Support team about this situation. Please let me explain that with the Sense you'll be able to see basic data in the Health Metrics and other tiles of the Fitbit app, however Premium is an extra benefit that will give you deeper analysis of that information and personalized insights so you can continue working toward your goals. You can learn more about Fitbit Premium here. I'm sorry if this caused you any inconvenience and please know that we'll continue working on our products and services to enhance your experience with them.
See you around.

Wow, this is great! It's exactly what I've been waiting for. Really glad Fitbit is now providing the basic data like SP02 % to basic members. Thank you Fitbit!

It had been better if they added HRV, AF, RHR then Spo2 to the basic. Why not add all of them to the basic and just add workout videos to premium?

So we can or cannot see those features with basic? I understand that you won't get the more extensive analysis, but can we at least get the readings for them? Thanks

Basic members can see all the same metrics: Breathing Rate (BR), Heart Rate Variability (HRV), Resting Heart Rate (RHR), Skin Temperature, and Oxygen Saturation (Spo2). The only difference is that basic only sees 1 week whereas premium can see 1 month.

No you need premium to see HRV, AF, RHR and some other.

@mbarylski That's odd because my son couldn't see that before he got premium.

I think Fitbit just changed it yesterday. At least that's when my wife saw the additional Health Metrics dashboard and she's on basic.
