Hi,
I am a Sense user and have no access to the SpO2 app and watch face as the app says its not available in my region ...
Why is that ?
Spo2 does not require any regulations (unlike EKG) and all other vendors (Apple Watch, Samsung Watch 3, etc) are supporting SpO2 in Israel.
Is there a way to install this app ?
Thanks
Eitan

The SpO2 is considered a medical device and is subject to local regulations.
Sorry but yes the local regulators need to approve.

I have the same problem, how can I reset my sense to the factory?

Got you, I bought the sense mainly to monitor my health condition—especially my heart rate and respiration.

Hi @enaor and @Guy_, it's good to see you here in the forums. @amal-mc, welcome on board.
Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback about the Sense features. I understand where you're coming from and currently there isn't a time frame when the SpO2 Signature clock face and app will be available in Israel. I'm sorry for this inconvenience and be sure that our team continues working to bring this and other features available for all our members. Please keep an eye to the Help Forums or our Press Release for future updates about this or any other feature availability.
See you around.

I am from Lebanon, not Israel, and we have the same problem here.

Which as of now January 5th, 2022 has not yet happened. So don't buy the Charge 5 in Israel or if you're going to Israel. It's useless.

Or the Sense or any Fitbit device that you expect to have full function of.

So according to that link, all Fitbit devices will not function in Israel. Really wish I would've known that before I bought one. 👍

In this case, maybe next time I will update my Fitbit Sense, I should switch to the Apple smartwatch since SpO2 isn't working in Lebanon.

Not so @KeepitSlim the site says that not all functions will work in Israel. Probably because these functions have not been certified by the Israeli government yet.
Even apple has a long list of what functions work in what regions.

@amal-mc I don't see Lebanon listed for SpO2 to work on the Apple Watch uhttps://www.apple.com/watchos/feature-availability/#branded-blood-oxygen

@amal-mc Maybe check if Huawei has SpO2 available. I can't seem to find it saying it's region specific.

I'm confused now. You are saying that Fitbit needs to comply to regulations and laws regarding medical devices but then it is clearly written that
