I am going to throw a few questions in this thread.
I've had my Sense for 3 weeks now and i haven't had a proper chance to look at all the functions, but i have set up a few.
1. Notifications - SMS & Calendar reminders - Should this be popping up as a notification? I have tried this many times and have not receive any notification coming through. I can receive calls on my phone and can answer them. For me to view my calendar, i have to scroll to the calendar function to see what i have on (pointless). Should you be able to receive sms text from phone to sense via blue tooth or you need wireless set up?
2. Battery - No notification set up, but I have my Sleep / Snore report set up - how long would the battery life be? (I have dim settings and only have screen wake up on a touch of the screen).
3. I have notice in the last few days (I can't remember if this was the case when i set it up), I have the lock function set up. So when i have to enter my pin, i notice on the black screen their is a lighter shade of a circle in the middle. Is this the design, or is a sign tht something is wrong with the screen?
When receiving the item - is there somewhere you have to register your product for warranty?
I didn't get any instructions or prompt to do so.
Any info would be great before I escalate if it is an actual fault.

Hi @Miss_Lotus - the issues mentioned don't seem to indicate a faulty watch, more refining of the settings may be necessary.
1. Swipe the watch face to the right to get to Quick Settings and ensure you haven't got sleep or do not disturb enabled, ensure your watch will sync easily, both are required for notifications to work
Depending on your phone type there are some things that may need to be done to ensure notifications come to the watch.
If the Fitbit App is running (foreground or background) any notification pop up on the phone can also appear on the watch.
You may need to configure Notifications, App notifications to get all the apps you want to show.
2. Battery life can be drained by up to 4 days with the Snore detection and SpO2 tracker app. See the other drainers How to resolve the Major issues causing short battery life
It may take a while to fully setup and understand how things work then post any specific issue you want dealt with.
