So I currently have the Charge 5 and was wondering if I should exchange it for the Sense or just stick with the Charge 5?

My advice is DO NOT BUY SENSE. Wait until they do. Software update. If you must buy now, I suggest get Versa 3, or if you have the money, buy an Apple Watch.

I wish they would confirm that a software update is coming but all we keep getting is the generic response. I personally don’t think there’ll ever be a fix. So disappointing.

Thanks for your post. You are right: I phoned Fitbit Customer Services and they said no software update is planned for the problem that Sense users have been claiming.
Well the market will punish the Fitbit with a fall in sales of all their products.
Maybe time to consider ALERNATIVE SMART WATCHES.
I hear that Google now owns Fitbit. Can someone contact Google over this problem?
