So frustrating. Literally plagued by bugs with every feature I try.
Calls on watch - not working
Messaging/WhatsApp notifications - not working
Extended EDA scan with guided breathing - "heart rate data not captured"
Short EDA scan - "phone not connected"
Countdown timer - no sound when has finished.
I'm sure there are more but this is just a quick post from memory. Literally every one of these problems I Google and many, many others have had the same issues. Many of the posts are from one year ago or more and they're STILL not fixed.
I've only had the watch for 2 days and I'm sick of it already, more time spent googling trying to work out how to fix the problems than using the features!
And the "solutions" even if they work are too convoluted to try - like "uninstall/reinstall" this or that. Disconnect/reconnect. Restart phone, then watch or vice versa.
If I can't trust that bluetooth remains connected to allow notifications and calls then I can't use it for that as its not reliable.
All in all totally frustrated. I can't believe anyone has kept these and just not sent them straight back to fitbit, they're not fit for purpose!
I just purchased the Sense today. It is fully charged and I did get it to partially sync where it will show the stats on a windows 10 laptop. I keep getting a green checkmark and then the red X when trying to update. Cannot get anything on the display except the message to download the app in many different languages, even after it has synced.
I have reset everything multiple times, which does not change anything.
Hi, it's a Poco f2 pro with miui 12.5.3. Apparently there is a new fitbit firmware update due but since a lot of these same issues go back at least a year and have not been fixed over many updates I'm not hopeful they'll suddenly fix them in this update. I know that it is said that battery optimisation on some androids could be a problem so I've already turned it off for fitbit - didn't help.
Best AnswerOh, and Google assistant wouldn't set a timer for 1h50mins on the sense. It does on the phone no problem. Just an annoyance really but seems no reason why it can't do this. On the watch it looks like 99mins is the max timer you can manually set. So that's 1hr39mins I guess is the max.
Best AnswerUpdated the firmware yesterday and unfortunately the problems are still there, stops recording my bike rides 15 min into a ride, etc. etc. Basically i have all the sand problems listed above
users mostly on here..hardly anyone from fitbit here..
Best AnswerYou got a lot of issues…..
I’m not familiar with your phone or I’d try to help.
Contact Fitbit support is my suggestion. Maybe they can help.
