Sense not tracking floors after firmware update

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Sense stopped logging floors on June 2nd when the update came out. Absolutely none now, it is as if the altimeter stopped functioning once I got the update.

***It has been 0 floors every single day since.

Prior to that it was over logging floors, sometimes showing over 100 floors when I only walked about 8.

Solution? And I have already tried shut downs and reconnects to phone.

If you see 0 floors on the watch face, check in the Today app on the watch [ you may have to edit what is shown to see floors]. It could be a watch face problem.

If its only in the Fitbit App it shows 0 after syncing you can try clearing the cache, in case its an App corruption issue.

If both the watch and the Fitbit App don't show floors probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
