I used to live in an English speaking region but just relocated to Germany. I am having to change the language on my fitbit sense to English everyday but it keeps reverting to German after a few minutes.

How can I leave it permanently on English.

Where are you changing your language?

Have you initially installed your Sense before your relocation to Germany?

I got the Sense in Germany.

I was initially using an Ionic which I set up before I got to Germany and it was the same situation.

Ok, any changes to your mobile? Like changing the language or Playstore location?

When I am travelling, for instance to the states my Ionic didn't switched to English itself.

My IPhone language is English and I change for my Sense on the web... But it still reverts back to German after a while.

Ok, understood. Seems like you are changing your Fitbit account settings back to English, right? And this account change does also change the language of your Sense - at least for a few minutes? At least in my Dashboard I am not able to change the language for the device itself.

I could imagine that this requires a reinstallation of the device.
