Latest sofware Update mess up the data displayed in the watch. Tried hard start, connecting to the power source etc , none of that work. Called customer support and their assessment was that it could not be replace because I did had a claim. My issue is that the fitbit was working prior the software update, so that update needs to be look at to determine what the issues are. So disappointed at the poor skills troubleshooting the problem

Sorta the same for me. My inactive screen has constant data (but not fancy) and my battery wears out tremendously fast. I used to charge every 5-6 days and now I'm burning through the battery every other day.
Bummer the 'upgrade' downgrades.
