I don't believe the ECG function ever worked on my Sense. I followed the instructions, watch the video, but inconclusive results. I haven't been looking too much into this issue as I've been trying to resolve 3 other issues on multiple attempts without success. It's been a very disappointing first experience with Fitbit overall. Hoping this attempt may provide a resolution.

Hello @Gieanc and @BOZO1954 and welcome to the Community. There is a ECG App Physician's Guide available along with all the device manuals. It gives these reasons for repeated inconclusive results:
For example, you only need to lightly press your thumb and finger. If you squeeze too tightly, you get muscle movement artifact from the muscles in your hand. A similar thing happens if your arms aren't really at rest on the table. If you are concerned about your reports, you can always email them to your healthcare provider. Trained eyes are better than an algorithm.
