I haven’t had a score since 9/25 (when I started wearing it)...I’ve tried everything possible to fix it, including exchanging it.
I have an open case with customer support regarding this (about 2 weeks now) but no updates as to the root cause and fix.
I got actress scores while I was sick, then they stopped! I’m especially frustrated now and unable to use the feature for its intended purposes.

is there someone that can help and explain.
Moderator Edit: Clarified subject
Best AnswerThe case is still open, but customer support isn't particularly helpful as it keeps asking me to try things I've tried before (e.g., unpairing and re-pairing my Sense with my phone).
However, I came across some interesting language in the Fitbit app; it must have been included as part of a recent update. When clicking on the Stress Management score tile, then clicking "Learn more," I see the following:
It turns out there are specific things you need to do in order to get a score; I wasn't getting a score because I wasn't wearing my Sense all day.

@Nicola_grec I hope you are doing fine.
Let me help you with your stress management score level. You can only answer if you are stressed or not. This score serves as a guide to see what could affect your stress levels based on the information your device has detected. In this case the graph shows that you haven't sleep well so this could be a factor that may affect you. You can try having a nap to compensate for the lack of sleep (as you as your itinerary and daily activity allows this) or try to go to bed early tonight. You are the one in control of these actions so it is only a suggestion. You can read more about stress management score here.
Let me know how it goes.

I think I’m not getting a score because I go to sleep before 8 pm!
i found this info, too, and when I look back? Every day I have a score, I went to bed after 8 pm!
My bedtime is 7:15, I can’t stay up late just to get a stress score. That would be RIDICULOUS, to say the least.
could any of y’all look at your logs and see if this is true for you, as well?
missing scores on days you go to sleep before 8pm?
Best AnswerNo only the temperature aspect requires 3 days for a baseline. I received a stress management score after the first night i wore it to sleep, which was just the same day.
I’ve figured it out. 🙁😞
One must go to sleep *after* 8 pm in order to get a Stress Score.
Ridiculous!
my bedtime is 7:15, so I don’t get the Stress Score unless I force myself to stay up til after 8 pm!
@Fitbit Please broaden this time period so as to give we “larks” a stress score? I’m very disappointed.
Best AnswerI think my stress score moved from 86 upon waking up to 90 after my exercise...i wonder if this is normal or i'm just imagining things...
Best AnswerYou MUST go to bed after 8 p.m. that is the only way you will get a score.....unfortunately I feel asleep in my chair at 7:57, no stress score for me!
Counterintuitive i know..... supposedly fitbit is working on it.
Best AnswerI hear ya, but seriously would 1 am not be before 8 P.m?.,so my guess would be between 8-12??
Best AnswerVERY counterintuitive! 😁 I found thru the years I must go to sleep at 7:00-7:15 to get my adequate sleep in order to awaken at 4:30... See, IMO they should let the sleep log count if it begins before 8:00, but nope. It’s weird! Can’t WAIT for this fix so I can put my bedtime back to where I want it. It’s HARD to stay up til after 8, and I find I wake up at 4:30 anyways and get the last hour of sleep all broken... my circadian rhythm was well-established!
can’t WAIT for it to be fixed!

Best AnswerJust to add to this stress scores, mine lowered after having a glass of white wine for lunch and then taking an hour nap after lunch! Makes me now wonder if alcohol truly does affect stress levels or as stated on fitbit's "learn more" portion of the app, the autonomic nervous system (ANC). I also observed that if I have a glass of wine for dinner, my sleep score is affected.
