Thank you for your question. Are you referring to a specific video? Where did you watch it? In the meantime, I'd recommend visiting this Fitbit blog that contains recipes and information about their ingredients and nutrition facts (per serving).

Thanks for the link to the blog! The videos I am referring to are under Discover, Nuitrition. I have the Premium membership. Maybe it's obvious and I'm just not seeing it?
