It possible that it is not showing on the list because of the permissions. Try going into the settings on your phone and make sure that all permissions for that app and for notifications are turned on. You can find those settings by going into the Settings and then on Notifications.
In addition to that It is also recommend that you restart the phone and try setting the notifications up again. Good luck!

This did not fix the issue. This was working up until a few days ago. At the bottom of the page it stats, "Apps will be added to the list after they send notifications to your phone" have received several texts and the app does not appear.
Very dissatisfied with this FIT BIT and I have been a user for over 5 years and have never had these issues in the past.

Did you recently update iOS? Or Fitbit app.
Check your iPhone message notifications.

Best AnswerYes, I was receiving the text notifications up until a few day ago.
Tech support had me confirm DND was off, for Bluetooth, had me forget device and restart , confirmed all settings.
The settings you show above are exactly the same.
