Very frustrated. My husband and I have the same sense watches and his is working fine. Mine, however, the microphone stopped working all together. I have contacted customer support and followed all the instructions. Did the reboot, did the factory reset. Nothing has worked. When I tried to reach out again in the chats, the next person just ended the chat and never addressed my issue. Anyone get any help with this issue?

Are you sure microphone is turned "On" in Settings > Vibrations & audio?

Yep. Did all of that and it just doesn't work.
