Greetings, I'm having issues with my sense tracking all my swims as backstroke. I'm a competitive swimmer and do about 2k free and another 1k in IMs, drills, back, fly, and breast. And it thinks I'm doing backstroke the entire time. I've contacted support, and they told me to reboot it, which I had already tried, it didn't help. I've checked and reset all my settings and stroke recognition. Now I'm told to try to wear it on my other (dominant) arm, so I'll try that on my next swim, but I don't want to have to switch my watch to my other wrist every time I swim. This was an expensive watch and should work properly. Is anyone else encountering this problem?

Hi @Karinarhiannon. It's great to see a new member around.
Thanks for taking the time to share that your Sense is tracking your swims as backstroke and for the steps tried on your own. I understand how important it's to track accurate data when doing your exercises and because you already have a case created, let me recommend to keep an open communication with our Support team so you can receive further assistance. I'll also forward your post so they can take a deeper look into your details and get in touch with you via email. If you need anything else from me, let me know.
See you around.
Best AnswerI'm having the same issues as well. I did over 1500 yards swimming freestyle only and it tracked it all as backstroke. I NEVER swim backstoke! It's so frustrating! It also has been logging swims when I'm teaching swimming when I'm walking across the pool and occasionally showing students the strokes. I can always delete it, but not tracking ACTUAL swims makes this watch pretty useless for those of us who are training in the pool.
Best AnswerHope you can look to see if there's anything that can be done with this as it's happening with mine as well. In fact, it's never been accurate for tracking proper strokes!
