Have you tried shutting the sense off, then power in it on.
On sense, settings - Help - About - Shutdown.

Best AnswerIf anyone is interested - the FitBitt support team couldn't do anything about the malfunctioning microphone, so finally I had to get a new Sense watch, which I hope will work as it should...
