Microphone stopped working on Sense

I have the exact same problem.

Same here! Totally agree. Is there a way to solve the microphone issue, or is there a hardware problem? Guess not, since it started just after the firmware update...

Hi @Eliarn I've moved your posts into a fresh thread, rather than hijack an 9 month old unrelated thread that already had been hijacked 5 times. 

 

Have you tried shutting the sense off, then power in it on. 

On sense, settings - Help - About - Shutdown.

Thanks - yes, also shutting down Sense doesn’t help.

If anyone is interested - the FitBitt support team couldn't do anything about the malfunctioning microphone, so finally I had to get a new Sense watch, which I hope will work as it should...

You did check the settings to see if the mike is enabled?
