Missing ECG App for the Fitbit Sense

US citizen here, Fitbit app region set to USA. Still no ECG app to this day on either of the two Sense I bought. What's up?

@Raj.nani387 The ECG app is not available in Singapore yet. YOu will have to wait till the Singapore regulatory authority approve the use of the app.

US citizen here also.  Fitbit Sense bought last week mainly for the ECG app which was NOT installed.  To date, nothing that I try works to locate and download this app and I am nearly ready to ask for my money back.  Help please.

@those from U.S. I thought I might explain something that might be over looked I really don't mean to sound condescending but I figure sometimes somethings get over looked or easily missed. I never needed to install ECG it was and is in my watch itself I swipe Left on the watch scrolling through page after page of preinstalled apps in the watch and it on the last page for me the very last Icon is the ECG app inside the watch itself.

I just thought sometimes a simple explanation of where it is sometimes help people but ofcourse I could be completely off track here and for what ever odd reason the app just not part of the watch for some weird odd reason wouldn't be first nor the last oddity for the sense watch.

Finally after several hours and two technical chats, SUCCESS!  FYI. A factory reset was competed and then a download of the ECG app which worked.   Do not understand the company boxing and shipping the Fitbit Sense without the ECG APP.
