Trying to get a replacement to broken sense. Now the second replacement in 6 months. First one from 25/1/22 missing. Contacted Fitbit. And they sent another one 2/2/22. Order number can’t be tracked. Never been so angry or disappoint with a company. Then I am told to contact DHL myself. No this is not how this works. All I want is a sense that works

Chatted and they are sending replacement expedited shipping. They are overwhelmed with defective returns

Thank you and worrying over defective returns ….. mmm. But glad you are getting it sorted. 😊. But you shouldn’t have to keep chasing like this. And the other person is right not the same since Google took over.
