Trying to get a replacement to broken sense. Now the second replacement in 6 months. First one from 25/1/22 missing. Contacted Fitbit. And they sent another one 2/2/22. Order number can’t be tracked. Never been so angry or disappoint with a company. Then I am told to contact DHL myself. No this is not how this works. All I want is a sense that works
