I have a charge 4 but also heard that I can use multiple trackers on my app, I recently got the Fitbit Sense but it doesn’t seems to be able to have them both on the app and switch when I want. I have to setup the new one and the other disappears and I lose steps in the process. Can this be done or am I to return the Fitbit sense.

With new trackers you can't. I think Ionic marks the line when it became impossible, anything released after Ionic (including it) won't be working together on a single account.
