My Fitbit Sense button won't return from About to the Clock Face.

My Fitbit Sense button doesn't work. For example, it won't switch the screen out of System Info.

I get stuck in places I navigate to. Currently I get stuck in System Info. I want to get back to the clock face but can't. The button does not do it, nor does swiping up, down, right, or left.

What should I do?

Here is further information that might help someone else having problem with the button. Since this problem was such a pain in the **ahem** for me I will also post this solution as separate thread here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Sense/What-I-learned-about-the-Sense-home-button/td-p/4875175/jump-t...

Since there was no button sticking out, I thought the button was the vertical mark on the side of the frame. Wrong. Actually, the "button" is the horizontal slot that is below that mark. You "push the button" by squeezing the side of the watch near that horizontal bar. My problem was that I held my thumb too near the front of the watch.

It works best for me by pushing slightly off center. By "off center" I mean when you look at the bar straight-on, the sensitive place is at the left end of the bar. Equivalently, when you are looking directly at the clock-face the sensitive place is upper end of the bar.

I used the vibration that happens with a successful push to locate the spot exactly.

Update:
I held the button for 30 seconds (no vibration, no backup)
The watch automatically returned to clock-face after about 10 minutes.

I get to the System Info area by starting from the clock-face + swiping left twice + * + about + system info.
