My Fitbit Sense on-wrist call is not working

Recently ordered a fitbit sense cause I thought it is a good device but it wasnt! My onwrist call is not worming on my sense & the batter life doesn't even last an entire day to hold! 😔😔😔

 

I tried all the troubleshooting activity to connect my sense through the onwrist call option, tried to crun a test call but it kept failing saying there's a connection problem. 

 

All other features such as notification is working as exoected but the onwrist call option is really what's giving me a headache. 

 

How do I go about asking Fitbit to get it replaced & or returned for a refund? I was a fitbit user way way long time ago with a lot of issies & switched to applewatch. No I am left with a bad experience with Fitbit "again". 😭😭😭

 

Tried exploring fitbit "again" since I heard a lot of great imorovements of fitbit but it turned all of those are hoax!
